Our Puggle had the worst case of separation anxiety that I may have ever seen. We had to crate him when leaving home or else he would just destroy things. The crate fits were bad too. We'd come back from dinner, and the crate would be flipped over in the middle of the room.

Lots of treats and patience (peanut butter filled kongs) finally got him over the crate fits, and as time goes by the anxiety I feel is getting better.
